They focus on building confidence through regular video recordings of choreography, so your child feels like a star every time they step on our wooden dance floor. ### Our Approach We believe fitness for kids should feel like a playground, not a strict training camp. Our batches are designed to get children active, social, and happy. We swap the pressure of perfection for the joy of movement, helping shy kids come out of their shell through music and rhythm. ### What We Teach - **Bollywood & Freestyle:** We mix popular tracks with simple, high-energy moves to boost coordination and stamina. - **Technical Hip Hop:** For kids who want to learn grooves and footwork, our weekend technical course focuses on the basics of street style. - **Seasonal Activities:** Our summer camps are a total package. We mix dance and Zumba with art, drawing, and games to keep kids engaged for hours. ### Why Parents Trust Us Our studio in Sector 16, Rohini, is built for safety and fun. We have full-wall mirrors so kids can see their progress, and professional wooden flooring to protect their joints. We love to celebrate. Whether it is performing patriotic songs for Independence Day or dancing in Santa outfits for Christmas, we create a community vibe where every child feels included. We keep batch sizes moderate, between 10 to 15 kids, to make sure every child gets enough attention. ## About Kirans KwikFitt We started this because fitness should be a celebration, not a chore.
