## About Workshops & Community

You do not need to be an artist or own expensive supplies to start here. My workshops function as mental health tools rather than art classes. We focus on thought sorting, vision boarding, and interactive layouts that actually help when life feels like it has 87 tabs open. You bring the pen, the journal, and the messiness; I will guide you through the rest.

### Journaling for your mind, not for the 'gram

I started these sessions because I was tired of buying fancy notebooks and being too scared to write in them. If you feel like your life is too boring to write about or that you aren't 'creative' enough, you are exactly the person I want in my workshops. 

#### Why these workshops are different
* **It is about processing, not perfection:** We use journaling to dump the chaos of daily life—the overthinking, the to-do lists, and the judgments—onto paper. We don't worry about aesthetics.
* **Interactive & Guided:** Whether you join an online marathon or an offline meetup in Delhi or Gurugram, every session is guided. You will never stare at a blank page wondering where to start.
* **Community over competition:** In my journaling club, we grow together. It is a space where we share, reflect, and learn to hold space for our inner kids.

#### How you can join
* **Online Workshops:** Perfect for deep dives into specific themes like travel journaling, time management, or art journaling for mental health. These are 90-120 minute sessions via Google Meet.
* **Journaling Klub Membership:** If you want consistency, our monthly club offers two sessions a week to build the habit without burnout.
* **Offline Meetups:** Hosted at cafes across the Delhi NCR region, these are 2-3 hour social sessions where you get to meet others, enjoy a snack, and get a physical starter kit with stickers and papers.

Everything I teach is based on the idea that you are allowed to choose yourself. No big occasion is needed. Just show up.

I am Kumudini, and I built this space because my own head was always too loud. I host these workshops because I know how it feels to want a creative outlet without the pressure to produce a masterpiece. We are just a group of people learning to show up for ourselves, one messy page at a time.
