When we do a Ramayana retelling or a Janmashtami celebration, our goal is for the kids to actually live the story. We focus on active participation—whether it's learning the steps for a Dandiya night or acting out a scene—so they connect with the culture instead of just watching from the sidelines. ### More Than Just a Celebration At Kids Hive, we treat festivals as a gateway to learning. We know that children absorb more when they are having fun, so we turn cultural events into interactive experiences. **What makes our festivals different:** * **Storytelling through Drama:** We partner with the DRAMABAAZ COMPANY to ensure our Dussehra and Ramayana sessions aren't just skits. They are immersive workshops where kids take on roles, learn voice modulation, and build confidence. * **Cultural Connection:** During Janmashtami, it’s not just about dressing up. We use music and props to teach the stories, helping kids understand the 'why' behind the celebration. * **Community Vibes:** We are all about bringing families together. Our Dandiya nights and Christmas carnivals are designed to be parent-inclusive, giving you a chance to see your child shine and connect with other families in the Civil Lines area. Whether it’s a craft station, a dance workshop, or a festive skit, our space is designed for the messy, noisy, joyful side of childhood. We don't promise perfect performances, but we do promise that your child will leave with a smile and a story of their own. Come join the hive and let’s celebrate together! ## About Kids Hive I'm a mom of twins and started Kids Hive to create a space where bacchhas can really be themselves. We don't just run classes; we create a community where every festival becomes a chance for kids to learn, act, and grow together.
