Because I do not use stencils, the psychedelic patterns on these candle holders and trinket dishes evolve as I paint them, meaning no two are ever exactly alike. When you pick a piece, you are getting a unique flow of color that happened in the moment, rather than a mass-produced copy. I started creating this range because I wanted art to be part of the everyday, not just something hung on a wall. My functional art—from trinket dishes to paperweights—is built on a 'no plastic' promise. I stick to honest materials like wood, metal, and glass, and for the premium trinket dishes, I use high-grade epoxy resin over polymer clay. I use the 'Millefiori' technique for the clay art, where patterns are built right into the layers of clay rather than painted on top. This creates a rigid, glass-like, waterproof finish that feels solid and substantial in your hand. If you are looking at the hand-painted candle holders, these are crafted on sturdy MDF or Pinewood bases and sealed with glossy varnish to keep the colors popping for years. Since this is a one-woman show, I don't replicate exact swirls or patterns. If you see a specific piece that speaks to you, that is your sign to grab it, because once it is gone, it is gone.
