I always use weighted balloon bases and secure fairy light draping to ensure your decor stays standing even if it gets breezy, and I suggest keeping a power socket nearby or letting me know if I should bring extra extension cords for the lights. You do not need a fancy banquet hall to host a memorable event. I specialize in turning open-air spaces into comfortable, festive venues across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. ### Why Choose an Outdoor Setup? Outdoor parties provide a natural, open feel, but they require specific planning to look good. * **Cabana & Lighting:** I use 6x6ft pipe structures draped in sheer white curtains with high-density warm white LED fairy lights. This creates an immediate 'lounge' vibe on any terrace. * **Wind Management:** Since these are outdoor events, I use heavier balloon bases than I would for indoor rooms to prevent them from blowing away. * **Logistics:** I handle all the transport. I arrive with the crew, set up the cabana or backdrop, and take care of the dismantling. You just need to provide the space and a power point. ### My Popular Outdoor Setups Most clients ask for a mix of balloon garlands and marquee numbers. For a 19th or 18th birthday, I often combine marquee '18' or '19' lights with a sequin wall backdrop. If it is a more intimate gathering, the cabana setup with low floor seating and mattresses is the most requested option. I can adapt my designs to match any theme. If you have a specific color palette in mind or want to use your own neon sign, just let me know before I arrive. For last-minute plans, I do my best to accommodate same-day bookings if my schedule permits. Whether it is a small rooftop surprise or a larger lawn event, my goal is to make sure your space looks party-ready without you needing to lift a finger. ## About Khushboo Balloon Decoration I am Khushboo, and I believe you do not need a venue to throw a great party. Give me a rooftop or a lawn, and I will set up the fairy lights and balloons to make it look like a private lounge for you and your guests.
