For our Phoolon Ki Holi, we skip synthetic colors entirely and flood the venue with fresh flower petals. During our festive dinners, you will find our menus specially designed to match the occasion, like our authentic Navratri thalis or our elaborate Christmas roasting stations. When we decide to host a festival, we remove the standard approach. Whether it is the rhythmic beats of a dhol during our Lohri celebrations or the aerial performances that headline our New Year’s Eve bashes, every detail is built for maximum engagement. We treat festivals as a stage for storytelling. During Navratri, our Dandiya Nights are designed with professional dancers to guide the floor, ensuring you feel the energy regardless of your skill level. For Christmas, we move past standard decorations to host parties like 'Santa Gone Rogue', featuring international dance acts and custom cocktail menus that replace traditional milk and cookies with sophisticated spirits. Our location in Aerocity allows us to host events that feel like an escape from the city’s usual pace. Whether you are coming for the meditative sufi evenings or the high-decibel festive countdowns, we ensure the service matches the spectacle. If you are planning a group visit for an upcoming festival, reach out to us early, as our themed nights tend to book out weeks in advance. ## About Khubani We are Khubani, and we believe a meal should be an event.
