It is not just about a meal, but a fluid transition from afternoon dining to evening vibrancy. Whether you are craving our signature sushi, Mediterranean-inspired small plates, or a craft cocktail in our sunlit hall, our kitchen team focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients designed for conversation and ease. At Khubani, our approach to global cuisine goes beyond simple recipes. It is about the theater of dining. Our corporate chef, Narendra, ensures our menu remains dynamic, shifting from refreshing summer specials like avocado toast and vibrant salads to traditional festive platters like our Navratri thali. We bring a touch of the unexpected to Aerocity, blending Turkish influences with Indian heritage. For those joining us for our Luncheon and Sundowner, expect a menu that shifts seamlessly. You might start with dim sum baskets or live-prepared sushi, moving on to continental grills like turkey or duck, and finishing with our signature dessert studio treats. We focus on the details that make a lunch memorable: attentive table service, a lively atmosphere, and beverages that match the caliber of our food. Whether it is a business discussion that needs a quiet corner or a celebratory lunch with friends, our space provides the backdrop. We invite you to explore the menu, ask our servers about the daily chef specials, and enjoy a space where the atmosphere is as intentional as the ingredients. ## About Khubani We built Khubani to be a world of its own.
