Our coaching is built on three pillars that we believe make a complete player: * **The Growth Mindset:** We often tell our players, *koi baat nahin* (it's okay) when you lose. Every defeat is just free coaching. If you focus only on winning, you miss the lessons in the process. We train you to look at every rally as a chance to get 1% better. * **Court Etiquette:** Respect for the game starts with small things. Opening the door for your opponent, shaking hands, and thanking the referee are not just formalities—they are a sign of character. We ensure our players learn these values from day one, whether they are in a casual match or a national-level tournament. * **Community First:** Squash is a lonely sport if you don't have the right people around you. Whether you are training at Goregaon Sports Club or joining us for a community matchplay session in Andheri, you are part of a group that cheers for your progress, not just your trophies.
