## About National Tournaments: The Big Stage

Hosting a national-level tournament requires more than just booking courts; it is about managing everything from SRFI-compliant draws to securing live streaming feeds. Whether it is sourcing Dunlop balls, coordinating with 350+ players, or ensuring the scoreboard is updated in real-time, we take the administrative heavy lifting off your team. We treat your event as our own, ensuring the only thing your participants worry about is their footwork.

### The 'Big Stage' Experience

A national tournament is only as good as its execution. When we manage an event, we look at it through the eyes of the player. We know that a smooth draw, clear scheduling, and professional officiating make the difference between a frustrating weekend and a peak athletic experience.

### What We Handle

* **Strategic Planning:** We navigate SRFI guidelines, manage ranking point allocations, and handle sponsor deliverables including tin stickers and backdrop branding.
* **Digital Integration:** From Google Forms registration to fully digital certificates and online draw updates, we ensure your event is tech-enabled.
* **On-Ground Execution:** Our team manages everything from court setup to providing referees and ensuring the live stream of the championship court runs with professional commentary.
* **The Vibe:** For us, it is not just about the matches. It is about the red carpet entry for the finals, the cold pyro for the winners, and creating that tournament atmosphere where juniors and veterans feel the same energy.

### Why Partner With Us?

We have organized massive events like the Chandak Group GSC Open, working with 17 states and over 350 players. We don't just dump a tournament on you; we build the system. If there's a delay, we manage it. If the schedule shifts, we update the players. We are there on-site, managing the chaos, so you can enjoy the quality of the squash.

## About KhelManch

At KhelManch, we don't just run events; we build environments where players actually want to compete. We have been in the shoes of the players, the coaches, and the organizers, so we know exactly where things go wrong—and how to fix them before they happen.
