We handle that entirely, using dedicated tournament software to ensure balanced seedings and real-time updates for every match, from the first round to the finals, so your event runs on time without the chaos. Organizing a squash tournament involves more than just booking a court. It is about creating an atmosphere where a 10-year-old amateur and a veteran pro feel equally valued. At KhelManch, we bridge that gap by taking over the entire operational burden for your club or corporate group. ### From Concept to Court We do not just show up; we shape the experience. Our team manages the entire lifecycle of your event: * **Registration and Draws:** We set up QR-code or form-based registrations and handle the seeding for categories ranging from U-12 to Veterans. * **On-Site Execution:** We deploy professional referees, supply standard match-grade equipment like Dunlop double yellow dot balls, and manage manual or digital scoring systems to keep players updated. * **Event Branding:** Whether it is backdrops, social media buzz, or on-court signage, we make sure the event looks professional. ### Why It Matters We have hosted events at major venues like Goregaon Sports Club and Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana. Our philosophy is simple: *koi baat nahin* if you lose, but every player deserves to walk away feeling like they participated in something special. That is why we focus on post-match recaps, digital certificates, and community recognition. If you are a corporate team, a school, or a gymkhana looking to bring squash to life, let us talk. We provide everything from basic matchplay clinics to national-level tournaments with live streaming. *Chalo*, let us get on court. ## About KhelManch I started KhelManch because I wanted to build more than just a coaching centre; I wanted a community. When we organize a tournament, I am not just the director, I am there to make sure every match feels fair and every player feels part of the tribe. It is about the vibe on court.
