## About Our Players' Success Stories

You will notice our Player of the Month features are not just about medals. Whether it is Yuvir winning at MSSA or Pragati's slow burn growth, I prioritize showing up consistently over instant results. My coaching is not one-size-fits-all, as we break down match videos and mental blocks together, which is why you see such varied success stories across different age groups.

At KhelManch, success is a process, not a destination. Whether it is Shivam competing at Willingdon Gymkhana or Avyaan clinching bronze at the SFA Championship in Worli, these results happen because of the deliberate practice we build into our sessions.

We do not just hit the ball; we dissect performance. Squash is chess at high speed. We work on the mindset, handling the pressure of a first tournament or dealing with a tough loss. Coaching is about understanding exactly what you are going through on that court.
