Whether it is a quick paratha breakfast or a full dinner, customers tell me how a small scoop of our preservative-free pickle brings back those lost memories. When I started Khat-Mitthi, I just wanted to keep my dadi's recipes alive. I never imagined it would travel to so many homes. Customers often share that the secret to our taste is exactly what we promise: cold-pressed mustard oil, sun-drying the ingredients for 5 to 7 days, and hand-grinding the spices. People tell me the Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli mix is a life-saver for boring meals, and our classic Aam ka Achaar is the one that gets the most comments about 'ghar ki yaad'. My pickles are not made in a factory, so we do not use acetic acid or artificial preservatives. This is why when you open a jar, you get the real, raw aroma of spices rather than a chemically induced smell. Reading your feedback helps me keep the quality consistent. If you have been hesitant about trying our 21 varieties, these reviews from our community might help you decide. From the tangy Nimki to the bold Karela pickle, every jar is packed with the same love we put into our own family meals. ## About Khat-Mitthi I am just a home chef who loves keeping traditions alive. I believe that food should not just fill your stomach but make you smile. Every pickle you receive from me is made with the same ingredients I feed my own family.
