When you sit down with us, we listen to how you live—your morning coffee ritual or how you host dinner—to ensure the final layout works for your daily reality, not just for a photograph. Architecture is not just about building structures; it is about crafting stories. At kenAR, we operate as a family, where every member—from our principal architect, Ajay Kumar Verma, to our design associates—is driven by the same philosophy that the true magic is hidden in the details. We constantly push ourselves to stay at the forefront of the industry. This means actively engaging in knowledge exchanges, like our recent participation as panelists at the D-arc BUILD expo, where we discussed the art of lighting design in residential spaces. This curiosity keeps our work fresh, modern, and technically sound. Whether it is selecting the right Italian marble or figuring out the acoustics for a home theatre, our team handles the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the process. We believe in transparency, regular site visits, and ensuring that your home feels complete, down to the final handover. We take on the responsibility of building your dream home seriously, treating every project as a piece of our heart. ## About kenAR Architects We are a team of passionate designers, led by Ajay Kumar Verma, who believe a home should reflect your life. We do not just draft plans; we focus on every finish, texture, and light source until the space feels exactly right for you.
