## About Technique Tips & Myth Busting

You have probably seen those viral reels claiming you do not need to file extensions, or that certain techniques are 'permanent' for years. Stop. Those are marketing gimmicks designed to get views, not to teach you. Real nail technology is built on anatomy, product chemistry, and hygiene. If you want to build a career that lasts longer than a four-day trend, you need to learn the 'why' behind every brushstroke, not just the 'how' of a shortcut.

### Don't Fall for 'Chinese Bhel' Education

In this industry, there is too much chaos. You see influencers talking about nail health when they have never picked up a file, or 'educators' claiming that you can do extensions without prep. This is what I call Chinese bhel—a mess of half-baked information.

### The Reality of Nail Extensions

*   **There is no such thing as 'No Glue' extensions:** This is just fancy marketing for Soft Gel or Gelex. If someone is trying to sell you a secret 'new' technique with a catchy name, ask questions. Don't let them confuse you to make a sale.
*   **Filing is not a crime:** I see 'educators' telling students to just rub their fingers on acrylic. This is dangerous misinformation. 100-grit, 180-grit, and 240-grit files all have specific roles. Using the wrong one will ruin your client's natural nail plate.
*   **UV Lamps are safe by design:** Fear-based marketing about UV lamps causes unnecessary panic. When you use professional-grade equipment and follow proper application protocols, these lamps are perfectly safe. Trust science, not viral TV doctors looking for views.

### Why Professional Ethics Matter

Nail extensions do not damage nails; bad technicians and cheap products do. When you come to me, you learn the difference between doing a manicure and performing a Russian Manicure, or why the apex is not just for show but for structural integrity. 

We don't do 'chori chakaari' (copying) here. We build technique from the ground up. If you are serious about becoming a technician who clients trust, start by unlearning the myths and respecting the craft.
