### My story

Jai Hind, I’m Varun Rawat, founder of KAVACH Self Defense System. Cameras make me awkward, but yaar, I gotta say this—karate, judo, sab safe mats pe hota hai (all on safe mats), but real life? Jeans, saree, office dress. `Halwai ke kaam mein haath jalta hai` (You’ll get burnt in a confectioner’s work), same for self-defense. Scratches, bruises, that’s how you learn. KAVACH took 8 years to build, not for medals, but survival. We teach Indian Army, police, civilians. You become your own shield, your own Kavach.

- **Realistic Self-Defense & Street Fight Training**: We teach practical self-defense, Krav Maga for civilians, and survival mindset workshops for all ages.
- **Train in Everyday Clothes**: No uniforms here. You train in jeans, saree, suit—exactly how you live and move daily.
