At our Rise Sports School facility in Noida, we cut the fluff. You won't just learn kicks; you'll practice how to defend against chokes and grabs while wearing your jeans, office wear, or saree, just like you would on the street. It is gritty, it is sweaty, and it is meant to be uncomfortable—because that is the only way you build the reflexes you actually need. ### We Don't Train for Medals, We Train for Survival I started Kavach because I saw a massive gap between what people learn in traditional dojos and what they actually need on the street. If you are training in a GI uniform, you are training for a tournament, not a threat. We teach you to protect yourself in the clothes you wear to the office, the mall, or school. ### What You Will Learn Our training batches at Sector 73, Noida, aren't for the faint-hearted. We focus on 'gross motor skills'—movements that stay with you even when your heart is racing and adrenaline is spiking. We drill realistic scenarios: road rage, anti-kidnapping tactics, and defense against common street threats like holds, chokes, and slaps. ### Why Our Training is Inclusive Violence doesn't discriminate. We keep our batches mixed to normalize the pressure. Whether you are a 7-year-old child learning to identify a threat or a working professional handling daily risks, the curriculum adapts to you. When you train with different body types and experience levels, you stop expecting a 'fair fight' and start learning to manage situations under duress. ### The Facility We train at the Rise Sports School in Sector 73, Noida. It is a large, functional indoor stadium. Expect to get sweaty, expect some bruises, and expect to work hard. We don't have air conditioning because crime doesn't wait for a comfortable environment.
