Every person you see on this team has gone through the exact same reality-based drills we put you through, from weapon defense scenarios to handling ground attacks under fatigue. They are practitioners of what they preach, ensuring that when you train, you learn from someone who understands how it feels to be hit. ### More Than Just Trainers At Kavach, we believe that teaching self-defense requires more than just martial arts experience. It requires empathy. Whether it is a corporate workshop, a women's safety session, or our core Krav Maga batches at the Rise Sports School in Noida, our instructors are there to guide you through the 'takleef' (struggle) of real learning. ### The Warrior Culture You will notice our team focuses on what works in the street, not what looks good on a podium. We have instructors with backgrounds ranging from Krav Maga and Silat to specialized tactical training for NSG and SPG units. This diverse skill set allows us to tailor our training to your reality, whether you are a school student or a professional working in the NCR region. ### Why Our Team Stands Out * **Stress Inoculation:** Our instructors act as training partners who push you to break your limits. They understand that real fights happen in jeans and sarees, not uniforms. They teach you to use your surroundings, not just your limbs. * **The Warrior's Board:** We maintain a culture of mentorship. Our senior instructors continuously monitor the progress of newer ones, ensuring that the standard of combat training remains high and consistent. * **Community First:** We are not here to create trophy winners. We are here to build 'insaan' (humans) who can protect themselves and those around them. If you are looking for instructors who treat your safety as seriously as their own, you have come to the right place. We invite you to join our next training session. See for yourself how we turn ordinary people into warriors. ## About Kavach Self Defense System My team is forged in the same fire as our students. We do not do diplomas or fancy uniforms here, just hard, realistic drills that prepare you for the street. We are here to help you build your own shield.
