## About Women's Empowerment & Safety (Project Shakti)

At Kavach, we don't teach you how to win a medal; we teach you how to survive a threat. Whether it is a parking lot grab or a workspace confrontation, our drills use everyday items like pens or ID cards and leverage your existing body mechanics—no matter your size or strength. We train you in the clothes you wear to work, because that is where you will need to defend yourself.

### A Mindset, Not Just Moves
Self-defense is not about fancy kicks that only work on a mat; it is a 'soch'—a mindset. Through Project Shakti, I focus on dismantling the idea that women are vulnerable. My sessions are designed to strip away the fear that freezes you in a moment of danger and replace it with a cold, calculated response.

### What We Cover
* **Street Survival:** Practical responses to common threats like hair pulls, wrist grabs, and kidnapping attempts from behind. These are not movie stunts; they are simple, high-pressure escape techniques.
* **The 'Everyday' Advantage:** We do not believe in uniforms. We train in sarees, suits, and office attire because that is your reality. You learn how to use your environment—chairs, pens, or even your bag—as tools for safety.
* **Situational Awareness:** We teach you how to identify danger before it escalates, focusing on parking lots, elevators, and late-night commutes.

I work with organizations, schools, and NGOs across India to make safety accessible to everyone. My team and I have delivered workshops for everyone from school girls at institutions like Gargi Girls School to corporate professionals through organizations like ASIS International.
