At our Sector 73, Noida academy, we train on concrete floors, just like the real world. You will practice in your jeans, saree, or office suit, learning how to handle actual threats like street grabs and weapon disarms rather than scoring points for a medal. ### Real Survival, Not a Sport At Kavach Academy, we believe that traditional martial arts often fail when it counts because they are designed for points, not for saving lives. Our training is based on a 'soch' (mindset)—a warrior mentality that prepares you for the unpredictability of the streets. We strip away the theory and focus on what works under stress. ### The Training Reality - **No Mats:** We do not train in a padded sanctuary. We use the floor to simulate the reality of a parking lot, an office corridor, or a public street. - **Everyday Wear:** You train in your daily clothes. Whether it is a saree, a formal suit, or jeans, you must learn to move, strike, and escape in the gear you actually wear in public. - **Tactical Drills:** Our sessions cover threat recognition, situational awareness, and release techniques for common attacks like chokes, hair grabs, and weapon threats. We teach you how to use improvised items like pens or bags for defense. - **The Warrior Clan:** We focus on group dynamics. You will learn to defend yourself while building camaraderie with your fellow trainees, fostering a spirit of mutual respect and readiness. Whether you are a civilian, a professional, or a parent, our academy provides the tools to become your own shield. We do not train you to win a tournament; we train you to walk home safe. ## About Kavach Self Defense System I am Varun Rawat, and I created Kavach because real life is not a tournament. I don't care about your athletic background; I care that you walk home safe. My team and I build warriors, not athletes.
