We set up a giant heart made of fresh red roses, a custom 'Will You Marry Me' neon sign, and a pathway covered in petals and candles. To make it truly unforgettable, I added a dry ice effect for a 'dancing on the clouds' feel.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b377e189-bb9a-4aad-888e-fd70db45d00f) - ![I also design proposals with a more natural, boho aesthetic. This setup features a backdrop made of bamboo and dried grasses, decorated with golden palm leaves and a warm neon sign. It’s perfect for a romantic, down-to-earth moment.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5a74ccb2-2a47-420a-b5b2-0e239b431e5a) ## About Romantic Proposal Setups You have two main paths for a proposal setup. We can go for the grand route with a 6ft floral heart, red rose pathways, and cold pyro for that 'dancing on clouds' effect. Or, if you want something more relaxed, we use a wooden backdrop with dried palms and pampas for a boho vibe that looks great in daylight. Since I have been doing this since 1990, I have learned how to hide the equipment so it does not ruin the surprise. For the rose-heavy setups, I use high-quality artificial flowers for the main structure so they hold up perfectly, mixed with fresh fillers to get that real flower scent. If you are planning an outdoor surprise in Gurgaon, keep in mind that wind can be a problem for real candles. I use battery-operated LED candles that stay lit regardless of the breeze, giving you the same warm glow without the stress. For the 'dancing on clouds' dry ice effect, we need a standard power outlet nearby. If the location is remote, let me know, and we can arrange a silent generator. My goal is to build a setup that actually fits your partner's taste, whether that means a bold 'Will You Marry Me' neon sign or a quiet, earthy bamboo backdrop. We cover venues across Delhi NCR and will arrive well before your planned arrival time to ensure the scene is perfect. ## About Kataria Events I am Nikhil, and I have grown up with flowers as part of my family business since 1990.
