I design entrance tunnels and pathways that set the tone for your celebration, whether it is a starry fairy light passage or a serene floral walkway. ## Photos and videos - [Video: I believe a wedding's entrance should feel like stepping into another world. Here, I created a magical tunnel using thousands of hanging fairy lights, giving the feeling of walking under a starry night sky. I lined the entire staircase and walkway with lush arrangements of classic white flowers, creating an elegant and respectful path for the wedding ceremony.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/4358f3c6-70d8-417e-8cff-94687dcc576b) ## About Grand Entrances & Ambiance When I plan an entrance, I look at the venue’s existing light levels first. For an evening garden wedding, a fairy light tunnel needs distinct wooden framing to carry the weight safely, whereas a Gurudwara staircase requires a secure, non-slip floral runner setup. You do not just want a pretty backdrop; you need a pathway that handles the foot traffic of your guests comfortably while looking perfect in every frame. People often overlook the entry, focusing only on the main stage. But I tell my clients that the entrance is the prologue to your story. Since we have been working as Kataria Flowers for over three decades, we have learned that a cluttered entry ruins the vibe. For Anand Karaj, I keep it respectful with fresh Tuberoses and white roses. It is about elegance and fragrance. For night weddings, it is about drama. I love using fairy light tunnels because it is not just about lights, but the density of the stringing to create a starry night effect. Whether we are working at a farmhouse in Gurgaon or a hall in Delhi, I always check the entry point’s width. A grand entrance should not block guest flow. We ensure the layout allows for a clear, photogenic path. My team and I handle everything from the structural framing to the final lighting adjustment on the day of the event. ## About Kataria Events My name is Nikhil. Decoration is in my blood, as I grew up with petals in my hands watching my family build this business since 1990. I treat every entrance like it is my own home, putting my heart into the details so you and your guests feel the magic from the very first step.
