For my neon and green wall setups, I check the venue's natural lighting to decide if we need extra uplighters or just soft fairy lights to make that sign pop. If you have a specific photo spot in mind, let me know the venue layout so I can suggest whether a wooden panel or a boxwood wall will work better for your guest count. For me, a photo backdrop is more than just a background. It is where your guests spend the most time, so it needs to hold its own. Whether we are doing a rustic wooden panel with pampas grass or a dense, high-quality boxwood green wall, I prioritize durability and visual impact. For events in Gurgaon, I have seen what works best in different lighting conditions. If you are going for a boho vibe, we use dyed pampas grass and gold-painted palm spears. They bring in that soft, layered texture without cluttering the space. If it is an evening party, I recommend my neon sign rentals—like 'Let's Party' or 'Written in the Stars'—because they add that immediate, vibrant focal point that looks great in photos. I usually bring in cylinder plinths for cakes or props to create depth. It breaks up the flat look of a standard backdrop. We handle the setup from start to finish, including the lighting. I use LED Par cans to wash the walls in color, which really transforms a plain hall corner into a proper photo zone. If you are planning a pre-wedding function or a milestone birthday, think about the traffic flow. I make sure the backdrop is placed where your guests won't be tripping over wires or bumping into catering tables, so you get clean shots every single time. ## About Kataria Events I’m Nikhil Kataria.
