Our core curriculum at Kanteerava Stadium is divided into two primary disciplines: Kyorugi (Olympic-style sparring) and Poomsae (patterns and forms). Our Kyorugi training focuses on speed, footwork, and fight intelligence. We use professional safety gear and electronic scoring systems to prepare athletes for tournaments.
