Sweat N Punch is officially affiliated with the Karate India Organization (KIO) and acts as the district head for Palghar. Our instructors are active national-level competitors who bring real, tournament-tested knowledge to every session. We do not just teach; we prepare you for the actual standards of state and national championships. Founded in 2024, our team is built on a shared identity. We believe that hard work combined with smart techniques is what separates a good athlete from a champion. Our leadership brings decades of collective experience to the mat. Our team includes: * **Dhirajkumar S. Thapa (President):** 4th Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and WAKO National Referee with 18 years of experience. * **Saubhagya R. Singh (Chairman):** 3rd Dan Black Belt, National Karate Champion, and expert in self-defense training. * **Amit Kumar (Secretary):** 1st Dan Black Belt and National medalist specializing in kumite training. We run Sweat N Punch with a simple goal: to give athletes the right knowledge to excel. Whether you are training for fitness or planning to compete in the National circuit, our training environment in Andheri and Nalasopara is designed to mirror the discipline of a professional dojo. We are not just running a class. We are building a community where students understand that they either win or learn, but never lose. ## About Sweat N Punch We are a team of fighters, not just coaches.
