### Why I Teach Martial Arts

For me, martial arts is not just about kicks and punches. I believe in discipline and hard work - that's what I demand in every class. Yahan sirf karate nahi, ek nayi soch milti hai (Here, you don't just get karate, you get a new mindset). My students aim higher, whether it’s winning medals or building a career.

### What You’ll Learn

- **Karate** is our backbone. We dig deep into Kata and Kumite. I’m big on Kumite - strategy, guts, and quick thinking. Always tell my students: dar mat... pehle attack maar (don’t be scared... attack first).
- We also train in **Kickboxing** and **MMA** for those who want something beyond traditional. You learn to mix fighting styles, not just stick to one.
- I make sure everyone picks up **real-life self-defense skills**. This training is practical - you’ll be ready if life throws anything at you.

### My Training Style

- Discipline is non-negotiable. You show up and give your best.
- Physical fitness is as important as technique. Expect agility drills, loads of conditioning, and a structured belt system that shows your growth.
- From group classes to personal coaching, there’s a way for everyone to train, even if you’re not from around here.

### My story

Main Preetam Rathore, founder aur coach, Karate India Academy ka. Log mujhe Sensei bulate hain. Yeh academy mera sapna hai, Noida se champions nikalne ka. Jab hamare ladke Rajat Kashyap Indian Army mein sports quota se select hote hain, ya Tushar Assam Rifles mein, poora parivar dhol bajata hai. Harshit, Tushar, Jitendra jaise players jab medals le aate hain, lagta hai mehnat rang laayi. Yahan poster pe nahi, dil se ‘Ready To Be A Champion’ hai.
