We operate on a disciplined curriculum: we focus on repetitive Kihon and high-intensity conditioning until your movements are automatic. When you join, expect to commit to either the 3-day foundation track or our 6-day elite championship program. Our dojo in Kudlu is fully affiliated with the Okinawa Karate Do Shorin Ryu Shorin Kai association. We prioritize technique over vanity. For our foundation students, that means mastering Kihon basics like punches (Tsuki) and blocks (Uke) alongside our 50-rep conditioning sets. If you choose the Elite Championship Track, we shift to 120-minute daily sessions with heavy bag work and WKF-style Kumite, preparing you for everything from state-level tournaments to international podiums. We train with full safety gear, focusing on strategy, point systems like Yūkō and Waza-ari, and the precise control needed for Kata mastery. We do not cut corners because precision is what separates a participant from a champion. ## About GD Sharma I am GD Sharma, and for me, karate is life, not just a sport. I run every session personally, drilling my students in the same techniques that brought home 52 gold medals for India in Dubai. Oss.
