In our classes, we focus on the mechanics of bamboo staff (kambu) handling, teaching you how to use fluid rotations and rhythmic stepping to build shoulder mobility. Whether you are looking to preserve a piece of Tamil culture or simply want a challenging full-body workout, we ensure you learn the basics of control before moving to speed. Our Silambam program at the BGI dojo is designed to bring traditional techniques into a modern learning environment.
