For our live pasta or sushi stations, we use fresh ingredients and high-quality toppings because there is nothing worse than a bland burrito bowl or chewy pasta at a wedding. When we run a live counter, my team is trained to engage with your guests, explaining the dish and serving it hot, so it feels like a real restaurant experience right in the middle of your venue. We do not just dump pre-made food into chafing dishes. Global cuisine is about the live experience. Whether it is our wood-fired pizza station or the live Mexican tostada counter, the food is prepared right in front of your guests. We focus on quality basics. Our Italian station includes fresh toppings, thin-crust pizzas, and avocado crostini that actually hit the spot. For Mexican food, which is a crowd favorite for sangeet nights, we do DIY burrito bowls and charcoal tostadas that are fun to assemble. It keeps the energy high and the guests busy. Our sushi counter is one of our most requested items. We use fresh vegetables for rolls like asparagus tempura and California rolls, served on wooden boats for that visual impact.
