My menus are mostly Indian, but I like experimenting too.

### Pure Veg & Jain Specialties

Everything I serve is pure vegetarian - no shortcuts. Jain catering for social occasions is something I do with special care, and folks often tell me it’s “next level.”

Food should be interactive, right? I set up live counters - chaat thela (cart), Italian salads, desserts made on the spot like Nitrogen Ice Cream. Winter weddings get a strawberry cart, or maybe a dehydrated fruit tree.

My team’s motto? Sab guest bahut khush hue (all guests were super happy). I want you to hear, “food ekdam number one tha” (food was absolutely number one) at the end of your event. That’s what keeps me going.
