I manage the flow, the energy, and the tiny hiccups so you can actually participate instead of just watching. It is about creating a vibe where people stop looking at their phones and start connecting with each other. I started doing this because I saw too many events where the host was just reading a script while the audience looked bored. That is not hosting. Hosting is psychology. It is about reading the room, understanding when the energy is dipping, and knowing exactly how to bring it back. ### How I Work I do not believe in cookie-cutter scripts. For my corporate clients like the EXL Transition Team, I sat down and curated a full 3-day experience. We did not just have a dinner; we had a VR-based murder mystery to force people to talk to colleagues they usually ignore. We had a Rajasthani fair to get people out of their comfort zones. My team and I handle the logistics, the props, and the awkward silences so you can focus on the people in the room. ### Why My Approach is Different - **Real Psychology:** I use activity-based training to break down barriers. If we are doing a team-building exercise, it is designed to show how different departments need to communicate, not just a game for the sake of a game. - **Bilingual Energy:** Whether I am at the Talkatora Stadium for a Fit India event or at a luxury resort near Jaipur, I switch between Hindi and English seamlessly. My goal is to make sure the NGO worker and the corporate executive both feel included. - **Direct Control:** I do not just micromanage the stage; I manage the event flow. If an award ceremony starts dragging, I know how to tighten the timing without making it feel rushed. If you have an event coming up where you are worried about the 'dead air' or teams not connecting, that is exactly where I come in. Let's make it real. ## About KAM Training Services I am Simmi Kochhar, and I have spent 30 years teaching people how to find their voice and own the room.
