For a club takeover, I spend the week before customising the edit list for the specific room, balancing the bass heavy UK Garage vibe with the specific regional taste of the crowd, whether it is Mumbai's night owls or a London warehouse. When I started, I was just a kid in Delhi messing around with a tabla. Fast forward, and now I am taking those same rhythms and flipping them into heavy UK Garage, Amapiano, and Jungle tracks for stages like Boiler Room and Keep Hush. My approach to sound is not about fitting into a genre box. It is about building a story from the first track to the last. Whether I am managing a festival stage or playing a basement club in London, I focus on the Junglebandi energy. That means live dhol and tabla elements hitting against raw, gritty basslines. It is designed to make people move, not just stand around and nod. I handle the entire sonic roadmap for events, from the warm-up tracks that set the mood to the peak-hour heavy hitters that shell the dancefloor. If you are tired of the same stale playlists and want an underground vibe that actually connects with a desi audience, we should talk. My studio work focuses on flipping Bollywood classics into club-ready edits, which I then road-test in my live sets. This ensures that when I play, the music is already proven to get the crowd going. ## About Kalbaisakhi I am Vibhu, but you know me as Kalbaisakhi. I am just a kid from Delhi who fell in love with underground sounds and never looked back, now blending those global beats with the desi rhythms I grew up with.
