In our sessions, I personally help you select the right materials—like choosing between student-grade acrylics for practice or artist-grade oils for your final masterpiece. Whether it is mastering the Loomis method for portraits or learning layering techniques for landscapes, you will work at your own pace with 1-on-1 guidance from our senior mentors. Learning to paint on canvas is about more than just technique; it is about finding your personal rhythm with color. At Kalabhumi, we break down complex subjects into simple, manageable steps. If you are starting with acrylic painting techniques, we focus on quick-drying layering, color mixing, and creating vibrant 3D effects. For those drawn to the depth of oil painting for beginners, we teach you the traditional methods of blending and canvas preparation, ensuring your work has that professional finish. Our studio in Dwarka offers a space where you can experiment without pressure. You might be working on a religious figure like Shiva or Hanuman, or exploring a modern landscape; regardless, our curriculum includes visual aids and digital screen demonstrations to make theory easy to grasp. We keep our batch sizes small—roughly 8-12 students—because you deserve individual corrections, not just a lecture. Many students come to us with a blank slate, worried about their lack of experience. That is exactly where our expertise lies. We have guided children as young as 4 and seniors up to 65. If you are preparing for a career, our BFA entrance aspirants use these canvas sessions to build their portfolios. If you are a hobbyist, you will leave with a finished painting you can proudly display at home. We believe in transparency—we will guide you on the right supplies, from Staedtler pencils to Camel oils, so you never waste money on the wrong tools. Come visit our studio, talk to our mentors, and see how we help you translate your imagination onto the canvas. ## About Kalabhumi Arts I started Kalabhumi because I believe art is for everyone. When you walk into our studio, you aren't just joining a class; you are becoming part of a parivaar. My mentors and I focus on building your confidence, not just teaching you how to hold a brush.
