In our small batch sizes of 8-12 students, I and my senior faculty provide one-to-one correction, ensuring that a 4-year-old having fun with fluid art gets the same attention as a teenager mastering the grid method for portraiture. ### Building Art Skills, One Sketch at a Time Art is more than just drawing on paper; it is about building self-esteem and focus. At Kalabhumi, we have moved away from the boring, theory-heavy approach. Whether your child is 4 or 16, our sessions are designed to be play-based yet structured. **What Your Child Will Learn:** * **Foundation:** We start with the basics—pencil control, simple shapes, and observational drawing. For older teens, we introduce the Grid and Loomis methods to master facial proportions and realistic portraiture. * **Medium Exploration:** From the mess and magic of fluid art to the patience required for charcoal sketching and the vibrancy of soft pastels, we ensure students work with professional-grade materials so they understand the craft. * **Cognitive Benefits:** Parents often tell us they see a change in their child's schoolwork. The patience learned through shading and the problem-solving required for composition are skills that last a lifetime. **Why Kalabhumi for Your Child?** We are India's No. 1 World Record Holder institute, but our biggest success is seeing a shy student gain the confidence to showcase their work in exhibitions at major venues like Vegas Mall. We believe in positive reinforcement. There is no judgment here—only guidance. **Common Questions from Parents:** * **Do you provide materials?** For weekend workshops, everything is included. For regular monthly courses, we provide expert guidance on exactly what supplies to buy so you don't waste money on the wrong grades. * **Is it age-appropriate?** Absolutely. Our curriculum is tailored. Kids learn through storytelling and color play, while teens dive into anatomical accuracy and advanced shading. * **What if they miss a class?** Because we keep our batches small, we can manage flexible scheduling for regular students. ## About Kalabhumi Arts I’m Asgar Ali, and I started Kalabhumi because I believe art is for everyone, regardless of age.
