Every 90-minute session is split into a solid 20-minute jazz-based warm-up, technique drills to fix your posture and isolations, and 45 minutes of pure choreography. You will leave feeling challenged, stronger, and definitely more confident than when you walked in. My teaching philosophy is simple: no judgment, just growth. Whether you join my 'Next Gen' jazz batch or drop in for a one-off session, you get the same energy. We focus heavily on jazz funk basics—getting those sassy combos and sharp movements right—before moving into contemporary storytelling. For those looking for consistency, the monthly training program is your best bet. It is structured to build strength and flow over eight sessions, with dedicated time for filming your routine at the end so you can track your progress. We train in professional studios across Delhi with sprung floors, so you can practice your jumps and turns safely. If you are shy or worried about your skill level, please don't be. We end every class with a cypher—a space where we celebrate the community we have built, cheer each other on, and just let go. Bring your sneakers for jazz funk, socks for lyrical, and just come as you are. ## About Kajal Arya Dance is basically how I breathe, and I love sharing that space with others. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgy environment where you can explore your movement, learn the technique, and just be yourself. Whether we are jamming to jazz or finding flow in contemporary, we are going to have a lot of fun doing it.
