Whether we're focusing on jazz theory or refining your contemporary floor work, we go at your pace. I don't just teach the movement, I break down the mechanics so you actually understand your body and how to move with intention. When you join my classes, you aren't just another student in the room. We start with the fundamentals, focusing on jazz theory, body isolations, and most importantly, how to feel the music. For those booking private lessons, we dive into personalized feedback that you just can't get in a crowded room. We cover flexibility training, core engagement, and performance techniques that help you command the stage with main character energy. If you're a beginner, don't worry about the learning curve. I keep it honest and fun, focusing on building your confidence alongside your skills. My group workshops in Delhi are high-energy environments where we push each other to grow, while my one-on-one sessions are tailored specifically to your goals. Whether you want to master a specific routine or learn the tools to build your own from scratch, we will work on your musicality and flow until it feels like second nature. From jazz funk to contemporary flow, we'll explore what makes your movement unique. ## About Kajal Arya I'm Kajal, and for me, dance is simply how I breathe.
