We fry in smaller, frequent cycles to ensure our Aloo Lachcha stays light and crispy, and our Mewa Bites are packed only when you order so they retain their freshness and natural texture without the need for artificial preservatives. My grandfather, Sultan Singh, started this shop in Bhogal when the area was just settling down. One hundred years later, the kitchen is still run with that same focus on purity. Whether you are looking for a simple bag of our signature Aloo Lachcha to pair with your evening chai or need a gift box of our Mewa Bites, you are getting food made with the same recipes we have used for four generations. ### Why our snacks are different * **Small Batch Prep:** We don't believe in mass production. Our mixtures are prepared in controlled quantities so the crunch is never stale. * **Clean Ingredients:** We use traditional techniques, ensuring that the heavy oils used in common snacks are avoided in favor of lighter, cleaner options. * **Handcrafted Mewa Bites:** These aren't just sweets. We combine high-quality dry fruits like cashews and almonds with natural ingredients like mango pulp and figs to create snacks that feel healthy and taste rich. ### Popular favorites * **Aloo Lachcha:** The classic Delhi snack, fried to a perfect golden crisp. * **Mango Roll & Green Mango Delight:** A fruit-forward snack that balances sweetness and chew. * **Chana Badam Burfi:** A protein-rich bite that many of our regular customers keep at their desks for a quick snack. We know that when you order snacks, you want something reliable to serve guests or to keep in your pantry. We deliver that consistency. If you have a specific requirement, like a bulk order for a wedding bhaji box or office tea snacks, let us know a day in advance so we can prepare it fresh for you. ## About Kadimi I am Ramesh Jain, and my family has been serving Bhogal for 100 years.
