We have designed these thalis to be stress-free catering solutions, serving our signature, no-onion-no-garlic recipes in convenient, individual portions that your guests will genuinely enjoy. From the daily office rush to special pujas, we ensure the quality remains consistent with the meals we have been serving in Bhogal for four generations. When you order a thali from us, you are not just getting a meal; you are getting a century of culinary history. We specialize in North Indian vegetarian catering, maintaining the same recipes my father established when he first opened our doors in Delhi. We understand that event organizers often struggle with finding authentic no-onion-no-garlic options that do not compromise on taste. Whether you need a standard Deluxe Thali for a quick corporate meeting or our elaborate Shahi Thali for a festive celebration, we use pure desi ghee and traditional preparation methods to ensure every bite feels home-cooked. Our thalis are packed with care, featuring staples like our slow-cooked Dal Makhani, fresh Paneer dishes, and buttery Naans. We handle the scale, so you can focus on your guests. We have managed everything from small family drawing-room functions to bulk orders for thousands at public events. If you have specific dietary requirements or need bulk quantities for a home party, let us know. We work with you to make the food service seamless, reliable, and authentic. ## About Kadimi I'm Ramesh Jain, and my family has been cooking these recipes since my father started Kadimi in Bhogal a century ago. We put the same care into your office lunch or home event that we put into our shop orders, making sure everything is fresh, pure, and exactly how you would expect it.
