When you order our samosas or kachoris for your home, they come with the same crispiness and spice balance we have served in Bhogal for decades, ensuring your guests get that authentic street-food experience right at your table. For 100 years, we have mastered the art of the perfect evening snack. Our savoury menu is built on three pillars: traditional recipes, pure desi ghee, and a strictly vegetarian kitchen that serves no onion and no garlic. Whether you are craving a hot aloo matar samosa with mint chutney or our signature dal kachori, you are eating exactly what we have prepared for four generations of Delhiites. ### Why our snacks taste different We do not cut corners. Our dal kachoris are deep-fried until they reach that perfect golden crunch, and our samosas are stuffed with a precise blend of spices that keep the filling flavourful, not greasy. For those hosting friends or family, we offer bulk packaging for all our dry snacks like namakpare and our special dal biji, so you can keep the party going without spending hours in the kitchen. ### The Delhi Chaat Experience From soft dahi bhallas topped with our secret spice mix to crispy namkeens that pair perfectly with chai, every item is crafted to bring back memories of old Delhi. We take pride in maintaining the same consistency whether you buy a single portion or order in bulk for a festival. If you are planning an event or just need a reliable snack for the week, our kitchen in Jangpura is ready to serve you the genuine taste of Kadimi. ## About Kadimi I am Ramesh Jain, and along with my family, we have been keeping my grandfather's recipes alive for 100 years. We do not just make snacks; we make the same food that your parents and grandparents grew up eating in Delhi.
