I started offering our food by the kilo so you don't get stuck in the kitchen. You get the same recipes my father and grandfather perfected over the last 100 years, just packed in convenient, spill-proof bulk tubs ready for your table. ### The 'No Onion, No Garlic' Promise Many of our regulars come to us because they need food that is strictly vegetarian and free from onion and garlic, either for religious reasons or personal preference. We have never used them in our recipes for the last century. Our gravies, like the rich Dal Makhani and Pindi Chole, rely on the traditional slow-cooking process and high-quality spices to bring out the depth of flavor. Each kg serves about 4 to 5 adults comfortably. * **Savoury Snacks:** Freshly fried Samosas, Kachoris, and Dhokla, perfect for starters. * **Traditional Sweets:** End your meal with our iconic Desi Ghee Laddoos or Gulab Jamun, available in bulk boxes. We deliver across Delhi NCR from our base in Jangpura.
