We provide our signature North Indian dishes, like Dal Makhani, Paneer, and seasonal sabzis, by weight, starting from 250g up to bulk orders. Everything is prepared fresh in our Jangpura kitchen using our family's 100-year-old recipes, completely free of onion and garlic, so you can host your event with the authentic, homemade taste everyone expects. ### Four Generations of Taste When my father, Sultan Singh, started this shop in 1928, the goal was simple: provide the purest taste to the people of Bhogal. Today, I am carrying forward that same commitment. Whether it is a small house party or a large corporate get-together, we ensure our food remains consistent with the recipes that have defined our brand for a century. ### Why Choose Our Bulk Catering? We understand that hosting involves pressure. We remove the burden of cooking by offering our menu by the kilo. This flexibility allows you to order exactly what you need, reducing food waste and ensuring your guests are served high-quality, hot meals. ### Our Quality Promise - **No Onion, No Garlic:** All our gravies, lentils, and main courses are prepared in a strictly Sattvik style. This makes our catering a safe and delicious choice for religious functions, poojas, and family gatherings where dietary restrictions are a priority. - **Pure Ingredients:** We use traditional methods and high-quality ingredients, including desi ghee in our signature sweets, ensuring a taste that brings people back after decades. - **Flexible Ordering:** From 250g trial portions for daily meals to bulk kilos for large events, we accommodate all sizes. We serve the entire Delhi NCR region from our home base in Jangpura. Give us a call, and let us handle the kitchen work while you enjoy the event with your family and friends. ## About Kadimi I am Ramesh Jain, and my family has been feeding Delhi for four generations.
