Whether we are training on mud grounds to build raw leg strength or on professional mats for match simulation, I am right there with you. I correct your mechanics in real time, like teaching you when to use hand support while jumping or how to execute a precise ankle hold. You learn the finer points of raiding and defense through constant, live feedback that translates directly into better match performance. Success in Kabaddi comes down to the details. My training programs focus on building a strong foundation, whether you are starting on traditional mud grounds to develop grip or preparing for competitive play on professional EVA foam mats. ### My Coaching Approach We focus on technical proficiency. For raiders, this means mastering breath control, footwork, and precision in hand touches. For defenders, we drill the mechanics of chain blocks, ankle holds, and thigh holds until they become instinct. You will learn to execute the 'Dubki' and 'Scorpion Kick' with the same focus as basic conditioning. ### Mud vs. Mat Training I insist on both. Mud grounds build the toughness and raw power that a player needs. Professional mats simulate the high-speed conditions of the Pro-League. By training on both, you become a versatile player ready for any arena in Bengaluru or beyond. ### Mentorship & Strategy Beyond physical drills, we talk about game intelligence. I share insights on handling pressure during the final minutes of a match, developing a 'Do-or-Die' raid strategy, and managing game psychology. I am there to correct your form, just as I would on the professional circuit. Whether you are a junior player or a pro athlete, my goal is to help you build the discipline and skill that define a true Kabaddi champion. ## About C Honnappa Gowda I believe that champions are built through sweat and discipline.
