We work on the mental side—how a coach handles pressure and builds a team culture based on integrity rather than aggression. If you are looking to become a mentor who leads by example, this is where we start. Coaching Kabaddi is a profound responsibility. Too often, I see talent lost because of a toxic culture or a lack of proper guidance. My mission is to change that. In our sessions, we address the hard parts of coaching that many ignore: How do you react when a referee makes a bad call? How do you maintain team discipline after a tough loss? These are the moments that define a coach. Whether you are in Bengaluru or connecting for remote guidance, we break down game strategy alongside leadership ethics. We analyze defensive formations and substitution tactics, but we also discuss the psychological aspect of talent identification. You learn to spot the player with the right temperament, not just the one with the fastest touch. My approach blends the technical lessons from my international career—the specific drills I used to win Asian Games gold—with the personal philosophy that kept me grounded. We discuss everything from managing player emotions to navigating the complex ecosystem of district to national level play. You get honest, one-on-one feedback on your coaching style. If you are ready to build a legacy that values integrity as much as victory, let’s get to work. ## About C Honnappa Gowda I am C. Honnappa Gowda.
