## About Chocolate Gifting and Hampers

We make truffle boxes, pralines and hampers for personal occasions, festivals, weddings, events and corporate gifting.

### Custom gifts
We offer edible prints, logo chocolates, branded sleeves, custom packaging and cards.

### Corporate and bulk orders
Our typical minimum is "50 Units (varies by product chosen)", not a universal floor. We quote bulk orders individually. Any discount is at our discretion, case by case. There are no fixed bulk price breaks or published quantity tiers. No quantity guarantees a discount.

Samples take 3-5 business days; the fee is refundable against the final bulk order. Branded sleeves take 7-10 business days; custom-moulded/printed chocolates take 10-15 days, plus delivery. Separate guidance recommends at least 45 days for customised events; these timelines remain unreconciled.

### Website gift terms
These cover every website gift listing, not Hamper Edit prices, corporate quotes or cakes.

Prices displayed on or just before 2026-10-14 are starting/base-variant prices, not guaranteed checkout totals. Variants and seasonal stock vary. Taxes are included; our FAQ states 18% GST.

Shipping across India is currently free but may change. Weekday orders before noon generally ship the same day or the next; exact delivery dates and times aren't guaranteed.

Email amendments within 30 minutes of ordering. Registered customers cancel through My Orders. Guests call within 30 minutes of ordering; cancellation may be possible.

Perishable chocolates cannot be returned. Photograph melted arrivals on opening and contact us; free replacement may be offered, subject to exclusions.

Refrigerate. Remove about 30 minutes before serving. Eat refrigerated truffles within three weeks; bars keep 6 months to a year.

### My story

We're Jus'Trufs, a chocolatier in Jakkur, founded by Chenddyna Schae. Our guests, our team and our creations are at the heart of what we do. Our café and stage have brought people together for baking workshops, music evenings and community gatherings. We love seeing people slow down over chocolate, and creating a space that celebrates emerging artists.

- **Gifts for occasions**: We make truffle and praline boxes for festivals, weddings, events and corporate gifting.
- **Personal details**: We offer edible prints, logo chocolates, branded sleeves and custom packaging for gift boxes and hampers.
- **Celebration cakes**: We make fudge, mousse and cheesecake options, with custom themes, flavours and dietary adaptations.
