Whether you are mastering the precision of an e-file or perfecting bridal 3D art, you are learning the exact technical standards I use in my own salon every day. ### Your Path to Becoming a Pro I built Just Nails in 2012 from the ground up, and I know exactly what it takes to turn a hobby into a full-time, profitable business. My training academy in Kharghar is designed for people who want to skip the fluff and get straight to the craft. #### The Training Experience I keep my batches small, between 2 and 4 students, or offer 1-on-1 sessions. This isn't a factory setting. You get my direct supervision. If your acrylic ratio is off or your cuticle work is messy, I will tell you, show you how to fix it, and make sure you get it right before you graduate. #### What We Cover Depending on your goals, I offer two primary tracks: **1. Basic Gel Artistry & Manicure Course** This is a 5 to 7 day foundation program. It covers nail anatomy, proper cuticle care, streak-free gel polish application, and essential art techniques like French manicures, ombres, and chrome effects. It includes a student starter kit with a UV lamp and professional tools so you can start practicing immediately. **2. Advanced Nail Technology Diploma** This is a 4-week intensive for those serious about professional work. We dive deep into structural integrity. You will learn: * Acrylic and Hard Gel sculpting (apex building) * Polygel hybrid techniques * Advanced electric filing (safe debulking and machine safety) * 3D bridal art and encapsulation with dried flowers or flakes #### Beyond the Art Being a good tech isn't just about pretty nails. My advanced course includes career modules on client consultation, nail health assessment, and photography tips for social media. I teach you how to price your services so you can actually make money, not just do pretty work.
