Because I bake in small batches, you won't find mass-produced textures here. Whether it is a layer of Biscoff or fresh Aamras, you are getting a balance of flavors designed to be finished in one sitting. I started making these single-serve options because I realized we often want to try everything on the menu without committing to a full-sized cake. These tubs are my playground for experimentation, mixing textures like fluffy sponge, creamy mousse, and crunchy toppings. ### Why these work for your events Whether you are hosting a corporate meeting in BKC, a house party in Kandivali, or just need a sweet fix, these are built for convenience. You do not need to cut slices or worry about serving ware—just open the tub and dig in. ### Fresh, seasonal, and eggless My menu rotates with the seasons. In summer, you will find fresh Alphonso mangoes and Aamras, while festive times bring unique creations like our Matka cakes, where we blend classic Indian sweets like Rasmalai and Boondi with cake bases. If you see a flavor here, it is made without eggs, artificial essences, or preservatives. From the Tiramisu to the Chocolate Hazelnut tubs, everything is prepared to order so you get the freshest bite possible. If you have a large order for a party or office event, let me know a day in advance. I can easily customize these in bulk, ensuring your guests get the same quality as our individual retail portions. ## About JusBaked I started JusBaked because I love the process of turning simple ingredients into something you can smile about. These mini tubs and bites are my favorite way to experiment with new flavors, so you can enjoy a little luxury without needing an entire cake.
