## About A Look Back: Previous Summer Camps

Our summer camps are designed to be a comfortable space where anyone, from a five-year-old picking up a stick for the first time to an aspiring player looking to level up, can find their groove. We intentionally divide participants into age and skill-specific groups, ensuring that your child isn't just part of a crowd, but is getting the tailored coaching they need to actually improve their game.

### How We Run Our Camps
We believe in nurturing the complete athlete. Our 'Giving is Fun-Da' sessions are far more than just repetitive drills.

* **Expert Coaching:** Training is led by me, Jude Felix, alongside FIH-certified coaches and former international players who understand the nuances of the game.
* **Holistic Development:** It's not just about hockey. We bring in specialists like celebrity nutritionist Ryan Fernando for fuel-and-food sessions and the team from The Fit Squadron for dedicated agility and conditioning work.
* **Inclusive Environment:** Whether we are training on the professional artificial turf at Rush Arena in Cooke Town or at the grounds at St. Germain’s, our priority is inclusion. We ensure every camper, regardless of their background, feels they have a spot on our team.

### What You Can Expect
We focus on the fundamentals: stickwork, positional play, and tactical awareness. For those who want to specialize, we also offer dedicated sessions for goalkeepers. Every camper leaves with a certificate, but more importantly, they leave with new friends and a better understanding of the sport. We keep our sessions consistent, running Monday to Friday, to build discipline alongside skill. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned school-level player, you will find a challenge here that matches your current stage of development.
