Sessions run for a month, April to May, Monday to Friday, 7:00-8:30 AM. - Our FIH-certified coaches (including me, Jude Felix) guide you through core skills, tactical play, and even special goalie sessions. - The camp isn’t just drills - we do strength and conditioning with The Fit Squadron and learn about food and fuel from sports nutritionist Ryan Fernando. - Sometimes, Indian hockey legends drop in to play and share their stories.
