Here is how we blend traditional blessings with practical design in every project. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This video shows a unique and powerful Vastu ritual we perform: placing a silver string and NavGrah gems inside the 'Umbra Patti' or door threshold. We install seasoned Sagwan wood here, embedded with a continuous silver wire and Navgrah gems. It is a permanent, non-structural Vastu remedy we perform to ensure your home starts with positive energy, keeping negative influences out from day one. For us at JP Home Decor, Vastu is not just about moving furniture around or following strict, confusing rules. It is about understanding the flow of your home and making it feel right. Our process is rooted in what actually works for modern Mumbai apartments. ### Why We Start With A Puja Whether it is a 1BHK in Dombivali or a larger renovation in Panvel, we start every site with a traditional puja. It is not just a ritual; it is our way of setting the tone. When we honor the space and our tools with a 'Shastra Puja' before starting construction, it brings a sense of respect and focus to the entire team. ### Practical Vastu Integration We do not believe in last-minute changes. We integrate Vastu during the 3D design phase: * **Zone Analysis:** We check the 16-zone directional alignment to determine where your kitchen gas or sleeping positions should ideally be. * **Color Therapy:** We suggest wall colors based on the elemental zone of each room to balance the energy. * **Furniture Placement:** Instead of just marking areas, we plan your storage and modular furniture layout to ensure it aligns with your home's magnetic north. ### Custom Mandir Design Your mandir is the soul of the home. We build custom units using BWP plywood that are North-East compliant, often adding CNC-cut acrylic back panels with warm LED lighting. We design these to be functional with soft-close drawers for your puja essentials, ensuring your sacred space is both beautiful and Vastu-friendly. If you want your home to be a place where you feel 'sukoon' (peace) the moment you walk through the door, let us have a conversation about your floor plan. ## About JP Home Decor Hum Santosh and Shailesh hain, JP Home Decor se.
