We believe a new home deserves a blessed start, which is why we personally join our clients for the Griha Pravesh and Vastu Shanti ceremony. Whether it is the Pingulkar family in Kalyan or the Chaudharys in Palava, handing over the keys is the moment that makes all the hard work worth it. We don't just hand over keys and leave. Our handover process is the culmination of months of effort, planning, and design. When we say 'Happy Handover', it means the 1BHK in Kalyan or the 2BHK in Palava is ready for a blessed Griha Pravesh. We focus on these key areas to ensure your home is ready: * **Vastu Alignment:** We ensure the layout is ready for Vastu Shanti from day one, so you don't have to worry about energy flow. * **Quality Check:** Before you step in, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every drawer, hinge, and finish matches our quality standards. * **Personal Connection:** Sharing the puja with our clients is our tradition. We treat your dream home like our own. It is about the relief of moving into a space that is exactly what you imagined. We handle the stress of modular installation, civil repairs, and design, so you can just focus on the excitement of your new beginning. Whether you are in Thane, Vikhroli, or Badlapur, our goal remains the same: a happy family in a home filled with positive energy. ## About JP Home Decor I am Santosh Nile.
