Because I hand-pour every batch using organic beeswax, I can customize the fragrance blends exactly to your preference, whether you need something for focus or pure relaxation. Plus, once the wax is done, you are left with a beautiful, rustic wooden bowl that you can reuse to store jewelry or small trinkets. When you pick one of my wooden bowl candles, you are not just buying a home accessory. You are choosing a piece that bridges the gap between decor and wellness. ### Why Beeswax? I exclusively use 100% organic beeswax for these bowls. Unlike standard paraffin wax, beeswax burns cleaner and longer. It is naturally non-toxic, making it safe to burn even if you have pets or kids running around the house. It has a subtle, natural honey scent that anchors the plant-based essential oils I blend in, creating a balanced fragrance that does not overpower your space. ### The Ritual of Intention Every candle here is poured with a specific intention. As I mix the oils and pour the wax into the wooden containers, I chant positive affirmations. This ritual is meant to charge the candle with calm energy, transforming it from a simple object into a source of peace for your desk or nightstand. ### Customization & Care Because these are handcrafted in Mumbai, I offer full customization. You can choose your bowl shape—from rustic curved edges to heart designs—and pick your scent profile. Do you want something earthy like cedarwood or fresh like jasmine? Let me know your vibe. **A quick pro-tip:** Since the wooden bowls have a wider surface area, keep your wicks trimmed to 5mm before every light. This prevents soot and ensures your candle burns evenly across the entire surface, helping you get the most burn time out of your piece. ## About Joy Candles I am Maithili, and at Joy Candles, I pour my heart into every piece I make. I started this journey after seeing how powerful aromatherapy can be, and I wanted to bring that healing energy to your space with these wooden candles.
